Now let’s discuss about the end of case in court.
In Criminal case, There is even a fake Victim is called complainant and alleged wrong-doer is called Accused. Once the case is decided after a very very long time and finally it’s proven that there was no evidence found and Accused is released. It was decided that case was completely false to harass the accused. After the court accepts the mistake even then the person is continued to be called Accused in court records. An Accused is always accused even when court itself confirmed that he/she was actually a Victim.
I handled many cheque bounce cases in which blank signed cheque was collected as security and it was filled with 10 times of amount and false case was filed. Finally after 1-2 years in Magistrate court, the accused is freed but appeal is filed and accused (Victim) continue to be referred as accused in lower court records. However the same complainant continued to file new cases in same manner creating new accused. In one such case I was able to find old cases of complainant and produced them during cross-examination and the expressions of complainant and Judge were mesmerizing and accused was finally able to smile.
There is a question on many companies employee form where they asked “if you have ever been arrested, or charged or convicted for any criminal offense.” So the Victim will continue to be victimized for a false case.
In court records, even the Actual Victim will be Accused forever.
